The 10:50 from Victoria
One of Medway’s hidden gems, The 10:50 from Victoria is a micro pub tucked under a railway arch in Strood. They have outdoor seating plus three new ‘bee-chuts’ which you can book for up to 6 people. There’s no need to book for a spot outside. The pub is over 18s only and they’re open 3.30 - 9pm weekdays and until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Fenn Bell Inn
The Fenn Bell Inn is a pub with a difference - it also holds Medway’s first zoo licence. Some animals are rescues from the pet trade and others have come from zoos and animal collections. Book a £5 ticket for the zoo and you’ll get a 3 hour time slot to visit.

The George Vaults
The George Vaults’ garden is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Booking is recommended but they will take walk ins if they’re not fully booked. Their garden is fully covered and heated.
